to be honest he play the candy crush game for me, he helped me complete my candy crush until level 102, I only play from level 1-6, hahahhaaa.. the rest all are him, oh oh and level 80-82 itu pun saya yang main okay!!
I love this new saga game, Pet Rescue.. Why?? cos I love animal and I want to save them.. the pets are so adorable, so far in level 25 I can only see,oink oink, pigeon, puppies and hedgehog.. but but..why no cats?? I wonder what other animals are they in this game..

nowdays there are many cases where the maid/childcare worker abusing the children.. JAHATNYA KAMU!! JAHATNYA KAMU!! I dunno why, what is the reason? Stress with the baby?? or dendam dengan majikan?
but not only the maid, some parent out there hit their kids(toddler) too.. kenapa?? Hurm stress dengan tangisan anak kecil?
To be a parent you must be very very strong, MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY strong, mental kena kuat, paling penting kena pandai control anger, especially during the first three years of your baby's life.. imagine that your baby is up all night and keep crying in the middle of the night,even you have not enough rest and sleep you MUST wake up feeding the baby, get them back to sleep.. must be exhausted kan.. but it is parent's RESPONSIBLE!! Bila tak tahan dengan anak menangis rasa geram sampai nak cubit-cubit, pukul-pukul, tampar-tampar, campak baling (ya tuhan tolong jauhi aku dari kekasaran serta beriku kekuatan dan kesabaran) KENA BANYAK BERSABAR DENGAN ANAK =) ANAK ITU AMANAT ALLAH
Zahra dan Rania pun nakal juga, nama pun budak-budak... dan saya sebagai manusia tak pernah lari dari kesalahan, sometimes i scolding my nieces too, tak tahan geram sangat, menangis je.. but i feel very very bad after scolded them, so guilty..
marah-marah geram tapi sayang mereka berdua they both are...

(hold hold hold... this is about to challenge your self.. first set i can only hold for 10secs, after kena marah dengan my garang personal trainer, second set i can hold up to 30seconds..
Note to Self : I WILL TRAIN HARD & STAY FOCUS, I WANNA HOLD FOR 90seconds at a time)

The next day, my abs is very very pain.. i cannot laugh, i cannot sneeze, muscle pain, I dont know whether it is normal or not to feel the pain after workout, but I tried to think positive.. maybe this is a good indication, maybe the muscle is in the process to build 6 pack.. hahhahaaaa.. baru sehari exercise ada hati terus 6pack.. No No No masih ada 6muffin top layers..
It will take a looonggggg time and patience to have nice abs.. You won't get the results by diet alone, corset, pill or diarrhea.. There are no SHORTCUTS in life..
Jadi haruskah saya ke gym hari-hari untuk perut langsing,ramping dan menawan dan paling penting sihat dan stamina.. kalau cantik tapi lembik lemah tiada gunanya...urmm but, but, but..my personal trainer is so garang very strict, I THINK I SHOULD JUST STAY AT HOME AND DO EXERCISE IN FRONT OF TV..ngeh ngeh..PROMISE TO MYSELF, DO IT REGULARLY, ROUTINE,
